1. The free sample is only available in foil/tray (100g) and the variety is the promoter's choice.
2. Only one sample is available to any address and only one sample permitted per user.
3. Offer available to UK addresses only (which excludes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
4. All participants must be 18 years or over.
5. Offer available only whilst stocks last.
6. Offer closes 30th September 2008.

2. The maximum number of messages you will be charged for texting into the Felix Roasted campaign is two. Texts cost the standard rate as set by your mobile telecommunication's provider. There will be no other charges.
3. Using PURINA's TEXT CAMPAIGNS will not authorise us or Nestlé PURINA to send any unsolicited marketing communications to you. Nestlé PURINA, from whom you have requested information, is required to ask your permission before delivering any unsolicited communications to you. Nestlé PURINA is required to act in accordance with the Data Protection Act in relation to any personal information we pass on to them.
4. Please find details of the information we keep below:

   Information collected as part of PURINA's TEXT CAMPAIGNS is collected by Ad.IQ Limited, a marketing services company based in London. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you to:

   1. process your request; and
   2. to register you for the service, to enable you to request the information you want more easily in the future.

   The type of information we will collect about you includes:

   1. your name (directly from you only)
   2. address (from publicly available sources)
   3. phone number (direct from you only)
   4. email address (directly from you only)
   5. details of information requests you have made from PURINA in the past

   We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

5. We will pass on the information we collect about you to Nestlé PURINA to enable them to process and respond to your request. We will also keep your personal information on our database to enable you to send requests more easily in the future. We will only use your personal information to process such requests and will not send you any unrelated communications in the future unless you have given us your prior consent.
6. Privacy Statement

   We do not sell, rent or otherwise make available any personal data submitted by you to any third parties. This information is understood by us to mean your name, address, telephone/fax number and e-mail address. This information will not be used for any direct marketing or unsolicited follow-up unless we have previously informed you of this possible use and you have given us your express permission when submitting it.
